We’re so excited to let you know a FREE kids’ fishing clinic is being offered again this year!

Kids ages 5 to 15 are invited to a hands-on angling experience for young saltwater fishing enthusiasts. Learn skills and techniques for tackle, casting, knot tying, fish identification, coastal ecology and more from expert fishermen and women.

The incredibly generous aspect of this event is that the many of the kids will take home a free rod and reel combo courtesy of Fish Florida. Enjoy a hot dog lunch and try your luck fishing in the Nassau Sound. Poles and bait provided for the first 200 registered participants. Park entry fees are waived for this special event. Hosted by Amelia Island and George Crady Fishing Bridge Pier State Parks.

Register for a time slot in advance at this link. (Just keep in mind there’s a maximum 6 kids per group). They recommend you arrive 20 minutes prior to registered time, and we second that! There is always a crowd at these awesome free fishing events.
