“This family-owned business is operated by three generations, including the ten-year-old ‘director of Toy Purchasing,’ so you can be assured that every toy in the store is kid-tested and mother and grandparent approved!” co-owner Theresa Duncan told us.

The shop is conveniently located 5 S. 2nd St. in historic downtown Fernandina Beach, just off of Centre Street next to Hampton Inn and Suites.

The shop's first shipment of these Big Belly Banks sold out in a matter of days.

Villa Villekulla hand-picks unique, educational and fun toys that you won’t find elsewhere. While the store only carries high-quality, non-violent toys that inspire creative play, they keep the prices reasonable – offering toys for every kid (even “kids-at-heart”) and every budget.

Lottie Dolls: refreshingly child-like, fun dolls, who don't have the adult build and heavy makeup of many dolls today.

We had a lovely time shopping there recently. To be honest, I expected the toys to be expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised. For the quality of their unique toys, the educational value and the hard-to-find products they carry, it was a definite deal.
