A Fernandina Beach doula is offering a unique course in HypnoBirthing for local moms-to-be and their partners.
HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method – is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education that teaches special breathing techniques, visualization, guided-imagery, and self-hypnosis. HypnoBirthing® provides the missing link that allows women to tap into their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birthing. Emphasis is placed on pregnancy and childbirth, as well as on pre-birth parenting and the consciousness of the pre-born baby.
Minimum: 3 couple
Maximum: 6 couples
Registration Deadline: Pre-paid registration required 1 week prior to 1st class. Payment plans available.
