Marina Moffett hasn’t had to seek out students for her piano lessons in a very long time.
Word-of-mouth was more than enough to keep her booked in Minnesota. With 26 years of experience, the classically-trained Russian piano teacher — who has a master’s in piano instruction — was in high demand.
But Nassau County is very fortunate, because Marina is new in town, so it’s still possible to nab a class with this talented teacher and mom. She’s looking for students age 5 through adults, and she’ll travel to your home in the Fernandina Beach and Yulee area.
Here’s what Marina told us about herself:
“I am a classically trained Russian piano teacher with a master’s degree in piano instruction. I provide piano instruction and music theory for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Instruction includes a broad range of music such as classical, jazz Christian, and contemporary music. I have over 26 years of experience and my students have won numerous piano competition awards. I am a member of MTNA (Music Teachers National Association) and recently moved here from Minnesota where I was a member of MMTA (Minnesota Music Teachers Association).”

Marina wants you to know right upfront that she takes your child’s piano lessons seriously.
“Parents will need to read and sign my ‘Mrs. Marina’s Policies’ document as a kind of contractual agreement. It refers to sick days, make-up days, tuition, basic consideration, and my various policies,” she explained.
She asked that anyone interested in lessons contact her for details and tuition rates. The first five families to sign up for classes with Marina will receive two FREE lessons within the first two months. Students who refer a friend will receive a $5 credit for each friend who becomes a paying student.
You can reach Marina by calling her cell phone at 952-200-9009 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell her Mamamelia sent you, and let us know how it goes! We’re excited to hear about Mrs. Marina’s students’ successes!
